A fantastic Saturday evening with the First Flight Balloon Team (Bristol). Nick & Steve are very professional, friendly, and made us feel safe at all times. Brilliant experience that was worth the wait.
I booked this as a surprise for my fiancée, for the day after I proposed to her. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t right, and we had to postpone our flight.
Flash forward 4 months and 2 more weather-thwarted attempts to take flight… and we got our balloon flight over Chew Valley in early October.
It was so worth the wait, and the change of location. Chew Valley was absolutely stunning and drifting past Cheddar Gorge was a particular highlight. I was really happy to have Nick as our pilot, he was jolly and friendly, and clearly so experienced. Taking us up to a higher altitude so we could float above the clouds was a truly magical experience that I will never forget.

What a fantastic experience!  Great communication from the First Flight team before, on the day and when we were in the air.  They are a local company, not corporate, just really friendly and informative. We were lucky to have simply beautiful weather and great long-distant views. This was our 2nd flight with Nick and his team. This time we hired a private ballon for a birthday flight. A memorable experience and a very enjoyable flight for all. Big recommendation for a very professional team.
