1. Validity Period:
  • The balloon flight voucher is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.
  • The voucher may be redeemed within this period at any available balloon flight date and location, subject to availability and weather conditions.
  1. Date-Specific Vouchers:
  • In the event that the voucher holder is unable to fly on the specified date, a £100 per person booking fee will be deducted from any refund request if the flight is cancelled or rescheduled.
  • If the flight is not able to proceed due to weather or unforeseen circumstances on the specific date, the voucher will be rescheduled for the next available date, or the holder can opt for a refund, less the booking fee.
  1. Extensions:
  • If you are unable to redeem your voucher within the 24-month period, you may request an extension, which will be granted at the discretion of the company and subject to a £50 fee per person.
  • Extensions will not be granted beyond 36 months from the original purchase date.
  1. Refunds:
  • For vouchers that are not date-specific, a refund can be requested at any time within the validity period, subject to a £100 per person booking fee.
  • For date-specific vouchers, the refund policy will apply as outlined in section 2. If the flight cannot go ahead on the specified date due to weather conditions or other factors outside of our control, a full refund less the booking fee can be issued.
  1. Weather and Safety Conditions:
  • Balloon flights are subject to weather conditions. If weather conditions are unsuitable for flying, we will attempt to reschedule your flight for a later date at no additional charge.
  • The decision to fly rests entirely with the pilot, and under no circumstances will safety be compromised.
  1. Booking and Availability:
  • Booking a flight is subject to availability and weather conditions. It is recommended that you book in advance, especially during peak times.
  • Vouchers are redeemable on any available flight date, subject to scheduling. No flight bookings will be accepted after the voucher expiry date.
  1. Transfer and Cancellations:
  • Vouchers are non-transferable and may not be sold or exchanged for cash or credit.
  • No cancellations will be accepted by the voucher holder once a flight has been booked, except in the case of extenuating circumstances or if the flight is rescheduled by the company due to weather.
  1. Participation and Health:
  • All participants must be reasonably fit and able to board and disembark the balloon basket.
  • Any medical conditions or special requirements should be disclosed to the company at the time of booking.
  1. Insurance:
  • The company carries appropriate liability insurance to cover any incidents that may occur during the flight.
  • Passenger personal belongings are carried at the passenger’s own risk.
  1. Liability:
  • The company cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property or any other costs arising from the inability to fly due to weather or other unforeseen issues.
  • The company will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including inconvenience or travel costs, arising from the use of the voucher or the failure to redeem the voucher.
  1. Governing Law:
  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom.

By purchasing and/or redeeming the balloon flight voucher, the holder agrees to all terms and conditions outlined above.
